What does Enterprise private deployment mean?
GoMind Enterprise is intended for organizations that need the application deployed on an internal network or private infrastructure rather than relying on a public hosted workspace.
How are additional seats and deployments priced?
One deployment license covers one standard private-network production deployment for up to 50 seats. Additional seats in the same deployment are calculated by seat quantity, and multiple deployment licenses or larger seat counts may receive a volume discount. Contact us for a quote.
Does Enterprise include an uptime SLA?
Not for infrastructure operated by the customer. The base service covers security updates and basic support for the GoMind deployment. If you need a defined support response commitment, discuss the service scope with us separately.
