Layout families

Available layout families include horizontal and vertical mind maps, timeline variants, table, fishbone, brace, logic chart, organization chart, radial tree, force-directed, organic, and freeform.

Auto Layout arranges the complete map. Auto-adjust arranges a selected free-layout subtree. Freeform mode keeps manually positioned nodes during ordinary editing; use Auto-adjust explicitly when you want a subtree rearranged.

View alignment commands can align several root trees horizontally, vertically, or by root.

Themes and display

• Themes changes the document visual theme.
• Colors opens the palette for the selected node or applicable style.
• Light/dark mode changes the application appearance.
• Toggle Grid shows or hides the canvas grid.
• Hide Connections temporarily hides connections.
• Hide UI provides a distraction-free canvas.
• Outline Mode presents the document as an outline for reading and navigation.

Settings and language

Open Settings from the application menu or ⌘, / Ctrl+,. Depending on the build, settings include General, Account & Cloud, AI & Integrations, and Plan & Support.

GoMind includes English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Arabic. Restart if the platform requires it after changing language.
